Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you agree with our privacy policy and cancellation policy as stated below;
We reserve the right to remove participants from our premises in case of disrespectful behavior towards other participants, the staff or the premises;
As "disrespectful behavior" is not measurable, The Lighthouse staff decides whether behavior is disrespectful;
If forms are not filled in truthfully, the Lighthouse staff has the right to deny access to the premises or remove participants from the premises;
The Lighthouse can not be held liable for any injuries that might occur during any of the retreat activities and/or during the retreat;
The Lighthouse can not be held liable for any damages to personal belongings during any of the retreat activities and/or during the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cancel within:
1. Three weeks before the start of the retreat you will be eligible to pay 50% of the cost of the retreat;
2. Two weeks before the start of the retreat you will be eligible to pay 100% of the cost of the retreat;
3. In all cases there is a €100,- non-refundable fee for all cancellations or alterations, regardless of time frame or other circumstances;
This is unless other agreements have been arranged, or if we are able to fill your place or if Portugal changes into a red list country;
Rescheduling is free of cost up until four weeks before the start of the retreat. After that we will charge €50,- per change;
If in any case The Lighthouse cancels a retreat, the participants have the right to either change the date of their retreat, or get refunded the money they paid. The Lighthouse does not reimburse any other costs;
If there's any discrepancies between cancellation policies published by The Lighthouse, the cancellation policy as stated above and on this site, is the leading cancellation policy.
